Neil Hodges, Owner/Avid Grillster
Born and raised in Winston-Salem, Neil attended Bishop McGuinness High School and Appalachian State in the 90’s. He discovered his passion for cooking when he began using the second greatest invention ever, charcoal. His two favorite things are cooking with wood (slow and low), and watching soccer. Please don’t mention Premier League Football while in line at the truck. It tends to slow things way down. 🙂 Honorable mention goes to enjoying the first greatest invention ever, beer!
Neil has a lovely wife, Lisa, and two crazy kids, Sierra and Ethan (“E”), and a fluffy dog named Casey. Lisa is the food truck groupie and co-owner you will probably see hanging around, keeping Neil straight, and enjoying a “bubbly” from time to time. If you’re lucky you might get an “E” sighting when he helps work the truck. He is the creator of the now famous “E’s Way” Breakfast Burger. Even rarer would be a Sierra sighting. She is busy enjoying college life and working in Raleigh, NC.
We hope you come check us out and grab a craft burger, some good ole’ hash browns, hot sauce, and a drink!
